Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of Numari, operated by Yuan Systems Ltd. By joining the waiting list or using the service, you agree to these terms. This is a preliminary version published ahead of launch and will be expanded before the product is generally available.

1. The service

Numari provides real-time AI coaching for sales calls. Features, pricing, and availability described on this site are subject to change before and after launch.

2. Waiting list

Joining the waiting list registers your interest and email address. It does not create an account, guarantee access, or constitute a purchase. Founding pricing, where offered, is honoured at our discretion for early members and subject to confirmation at launch.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use Numari lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or its underlying systems.

4. Accounts and billing

At launch, paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current period unless stated otherwise.

5. Intellectual property

Numari, its methodology library, software, and branding are the property of Yuan Systems Ltd. You retain ownership of your own call content; we do not claim rights over it.

6. Disclaimer and liability

Numari is a coaching aid, not a guarantee of sales outcomes. The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Yuan Systems Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product develops. Material changes will be communicated to registered users. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
