Waiting list: your email address, and optionally the plan you expressed interest in, plus the date you signed up.

At launch (accounts): your account email, plan tier, and monthly usage totals needed to operate the service and bill you.

2. What we don't store

Numari is designed so that the contents of your sales calls — transcripts, prospect names, and deal details — are not retained on our servers by default. The architecture is the privacy story: if we were breached, there would be no call content to leak, because it isn't held there.

3. How we use your data

We use your email to contact you about the waiting list and launch, and account data to provide, secure, and bill the service. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Legal basis

For waiting-list emails we rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by unsubscribing. For account data we rely on performance of our contract with you.

5. Processors

We use trusted third-party providers (for example, hosting, database, email, and payment processing) who handle data on our behalf under appropriate agreements. They may process data outside your country, with safeguards as required by law.

6. Your rights
